Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by the Customer
1.1. Standard Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The cancellation charges will be as per the terms outlined below:
- More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total booking amount.
- Between 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount.
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total booking amount.
1.2. Special Offers and Discounts: For bookings made under special offers or discounts, different cancellation policies may apply. These will be specified at the time of booking.
1.3. Non-Refundable Bookings: Some bookings may be non-refundable or may have specific cancellation conditions. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation by Rasoi Hospitality Co. Ltd.
2.1. Service Changes or Cancellations: In the rare event that Rasoi Hospitality Co. Ltd. needs to cancel or modify your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer alternatives or a full refund of the amount paid.
2.2. Force Majeure: Rasoi Hospitality Co. Ltd. is not liable for any cancellations due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a refund or alternative arrangements where possible.
3. Procedure for Cancellation
3.1. Notification: All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our contact information provided below.
3.2. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request.
